Sloughi Education Inc., operating under the name FutureEdu.ca, provides an electronic platform aimed at facilitating the steps and processes related to the orientation and enrollment of users in higher education institutions in Canada. The services include, but are not limited to, access to a database of schools, study programs, advice on application processes, as well as interactive tools to prepare and submit admission applications (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Services”).
2.2 Accessibility of Services
FutureEdu.ca is committed to making the Services accessible online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to scheduled maintenance periods or unplanned service interruptions. Access to the Services may be conditional upon creating a user account according to the procedures described by FutureEdu.ca.
2.3 Evolution and Modification of Services
Sloughi Education Inc. reserves the right to add, modify, or remove features or characteristics of the Services, or to temporarily or permanently suspend part or all of the Services without prior notice. These changes will be made in order to improve the quality of the Services, to meet legislative requirements, or to tailor the Services to the needs of the users.
2.4 Limits of Services
The Services offered by FutureEdu.ca are intended to assist you in the process of enrolling in educational institutions and to provide general information about study programs. Sloughi Education Inc. is not an educational institution, does not guarantee admission to a specific study program or to any particular institution, and does not act as an agent or representative of any institution.
2.5 Accuracy of Information
While Sloughi Education Inc. endeavors to provide accurate and up-to-date information, the company cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information related to study programs or educational institutions presented on FutureEdu.ca. It is the user’s responsibility to verify the information and to ensure that it meets their expectations and needs before making a decision based on it.
2.6 No Guarantee of Result
Sloughi Education Inc. offers resources to assist users in their educational endeavors, but does not guarantee the success of applications, the obtaining of scholarships, or any other outcome related to the use of the Services.
3.1 Eligibility Conditions
Access to and use of the Services of FutureEdu.ca are reserved for individuals who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, which is 18 years in Quebec. By using the Services, you declare and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and are not subject to any legal protection measures such as guardianship or curatorship.
3.2 Account Creation and Security
To use certain Services of FutureEdu.ca, you must create an account by providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information as requested by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for any activity that occurs under your account. In the event of loss or theft of your credentials, or any unauthorized use, you agree to immediately inform Sloughi Education Inc. at contact@futureedu.ca.
3.3 Compliant Use
As a user, you agree to use the Services in accordance with these Conditions, applicable legislation, and the rights of third parties. You agree not to use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes, and not to compromise the operation or integrity of FutureEdu.ca.
3.4 User Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for complying with deadlines and requirements of the educational institutions to which you are applying. Sloughi Education Inc. cannot be held responsible for the consequences of your actions or inactions concerning your application process.
3.5 Accuracy of Information Provided
It is your responsibility to provide authentic and up-to-date information when using the Services. Any false, misleading, or incomplete statement may result in the refusal of your admission application by an educational institution and the suspension of your access to the Services of FutureEdu.ca.
3.6 Respect for Intellectual Property Rights
You agree not to upload, display, or transmit through FutureEdu.ca any content that violates the intellectual property rights of others. Sloughi Education Inc. respects intellectual property rights and requires its users to do the same.
3.7 Profile Updates
To maintain the accuracy of the Services, you must update your profile information in the event of any change to the data provided during the creation of your account or subsequently in the course of using the Services.
3.8 Prohibition of Assignment
Your account at FutureEdu.ca is personal and non-transferable. You may not assign or transfer your account to another person or entity without the prior written consent of Sloughi Education Inc.
3.9 Responsible Use of Resources
You agree to use the resources of FutureEdu.ca, such as discussion forums or communication tools, in a responsible and respectful manner, without harassing, insulting, or causing harm to others or to the reputation of Sloughi Education Inc.

FutureEdu.ca also collects technical and navigational data for statistical and security purposes.

Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with FutureEdu.ca may be the property of their respective owners.
5.2 License and Access
Sloughi Education Inc. grants users a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use FutureEdu.ca strictly in accordance with the terms of these Terms of Use. This license does not include any form of resale or commercial use of the site or its content, nor the collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices. Any unauthorized use terminates the permissions or licenses granted by Sloughi Education Inc.
5.3 User Contributions
Users may provide content or information as part of their use of the site (for example, testimonials, reviews, comments, etc.). Any software provided by Sloughi Education Inc. as part of the site FutureEdu.ca is subject to copyright laws and is protected by the provisions and conditions of the licenses that accompany it. 6.1 Fee Structure
Sloughi Education Inc. offers a support and facilitation service for students wishing to study in Canada. Access to the site FutureEdu.ca and the use of its search tools and information resources are provided free of charge. Sloughi Education Inc. does not charge fees for these services.
6.2 Payments to Educational Institutions
Fees associated with applying to and enrolling in partner educational institutions are directly collected by the concerned schools. Sloughi Education Inc. does not manage these transactions and is not responsible for the fees charged by the educational institutions. Users are required to comply with the payment procedures established by each school and to pay all application, enrollment, and tuition fees directly to the respective institutions.
6.3 Payment Responsibility
By submitting a service request or application through FutureEdu.ca, the user commits to paying all applicable fees as established by the educational institution. The user is solely responsible for verifying the total fees and understanding the refund or cancellation policies of the educational institution.
6.4 Refunds and Cancellations
Any requests for refunds or cancellations of payments must be directed to the educational institution according to their respective policy. Sloughi Education Inc. does not intervene in refund or cancellation processes and cannot be held responsible for amounts paid to educational institutions.
6.5 Changes in Fees
The partner educational institutions of FutureEdu.ca reserve the right to modify their tuition fees and other related charges at their discretion and without notice. Sloughi Education Inc. endeavors to keep the fee information up to date on its site, but does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of the information related to the fees of the educational institutions.
6.6 Disclaimer of Liability
Sloughi Education Inc. is not responsible for any fees incurred by the user with educational institutions and does not provide any warranty regarding the fees, payments, or financial terms of services provided by third parties. The user releases Sloughi Education Inc. from any liability regarding financial transactions with educational institutions.
7.1 Warranty Disclaimer
The services provided by Sloughi Education Inc. on the site FutureEdu.ca are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Sloughi Education Inc. does not guarantee that the FutureEdu.ca website or its functionalities will perfectly meet users’ expectations, or that the use of the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We make no representation regarding the accuracy or reliability of the information provided on the site, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted documents or the efficacy of the advice given. Users assume the total risk and responsibility for their use of the site and the information and services obtained through it.
7.2 Limitation of Liability

7.4 No Guarantee of Results
Sloughi Education Inc. does not guarantee admission to any educational program or the success of any application for enrollment submitted through the FutureEdu.ca site. The responsibility for selecting the correct program and submitting a complete and truthful application rests entirely with the user.
7.5 Relations with Educational Institutions
Sloughi Education Inc. acts solely as an intermediary between users and educational institutions. We do not control the policies, admission conditions, processes, or requirements of the educational institutions, and as such, cannot be held responsible for their actions or omissions.
8.1 Scope of Limitation
Sloughi Education Inc. is committed to providing quality service but cannot be held responsible for elements outside of its control or unforeseeable consequences of using its site FutureEdu.ca. This limitation of liability applies without restriction regardless of the nature of the damage suffered by the user or by a third party.
8.2 Limitation of Damages
Under no circumstances shall Sloughi Education Inc., its directors, employees, or agents be held liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the service offered on FutureEdu.ca, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss, even if the company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8.3 Cap on Damages
The total liability of Sloughi Education Inc., in the context of any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the site FutureEdu.ca or the Terms of Use, will be limited to the maximum sum allowed by law, or to the amount paid by the user to Sloughi Education Inc. for the services provided, if this amount is greater.
8.4 Legal Exceptions
Certain jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to all users. In such jurisdictions, the liability of Sloughi Education Inc. shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9.4 Effective Date

If the user is located outside of Canada, or if any provision of these Terms of Use is judged in accordance with the principles of private international law, the user agrees that the applicable law shall be that of the Province of Quebec, excluding any provisions that would direct the application of another jurisdiction’s laws.
